That was a rhetorical question, I am not asking to be mean, I am now apologizing about the forward question, I forgot to consider you might not want to talk about it. I hope you at least do not have the luck of being a single parent. I would like you to help me tell the others about a meeting next week, I found it speeds things up to have one meeting and multiple packets. "

(OOC: I have an outline for the packets I just have to write them up.)

"Right. I'll get right on it, Sir." He said, finishing up the last of the physical paperwork on his desk.

"You have the next two hours off after the paperwork then return to work tomorrow you can spread the news in casual conversation get to know people you are new here."

"Alright then." He said, closing the last file. "I'll see you tomorrow, then?" He asked, standing up, and donning his coat again.

"Yes tomorrow."

[NEXT DAY]

As David entered the office again, he didn't notice his superior in the room. With a shrug, he hung up his coat, and began to file reports and sign documents again, this time humming Ravel's Bolero.

Mozy stands stretching a few pops are heard "Ok I need to go home" An audible sigh is heard. "Have a nice day."

After finishing his work, David promptly stands up, retrieves his key-card and coat, and exits the office, en route to the staff lounge.

Returning to work once more, David hangs up his coat, and begins the symphony of office work again. Today, humming Berlioz' 'Marche au Supplice'.

[Time skip]

Returning to work once again, David began the symphony of office work, this time to the tune of Mozart's Requiem.

Mozy returns to the office, his place of comfort. He sits at the desk returning quickly to a steady rhythm of work.

[In response to the front gate situation]

The intercom activates: "Code 87-Slate Thunder Shutdown, Base on Lockdown."

As the intercom spoke, David nearly jumped. His zen state had just been broken by the intercom. "Ah, ████." He said under his breath.

"David Calm down, ALL PERSONNEL BELOW LEVEL 3 HEAD TO Security Shelter A, the information is in the Mauve Packet marked, Emergency Protocol will contain the map to follow." the NPC's Leave.A minute passes. " David We Have some work to do, we need to input the codes on protocol BLD-30, and then we need to Put the FIles into the safe."

"Yes, sir." He said calmly, walking over to his stack of papers, sifting through the stack, he pulls out a select few. Looking back over them a few more times, pulling a few more files he walks the smaller stack of papers to the safe, placing them in carefully, and walking back to his station.

*Mozy moves all the necessary papers to the out box, Then puts them in a folder and moves them to the safe closing the door.* "Alright David we need to move out do you know where we are going, if not I will show you."

"I'm afraid I need some directions, Sir." He responded after shutting down the computers in the office. "Lead the way."

"Enter the hallway first, I need to do something." He opens a latch on his desk revealing a key pad he starts entering some codes. At that time the safe starts descending into the floor on a hydraulic lift and the shutter motor starts lowering the shutter as he leaves. He closes and locks the interior door before the shutter reaches that point. "Now would be a good time to follow me, I know a few shortcuts for these situations."

Nodding and grabbing his coat, David walks into the hallway. Checking to make sure he didn't forget anything, he ran through his mental checklist; Key-card, check. Wallet, check. Computers, check. Everything seemed to be in order. After a moment, his superior walks out as well. "Now would be a good time to follow me, I know a few shortcuts for these situations." He said. "Lead the way, Sir." David responds, sticking close to Mozy.

Mozy leads David through the maze of corridors and back doors to the safety zone at such a pace that the NPC's are not there yet. "It is always nice to stretch your legs."

After they reach their destination, David moves over to the wall to lean on, pulling a pocket-book out of his coat to read.

"Now We will wait a bit unless you want to talk."

3 Days Later

After the fiasco at the front gate with CI, a short debrief, some interviews, and a THOROUGH amount of paperwork, David entered the office with a smile on his face. He set his trench coat on the rack, walked over to his desk cracking his fingers, and finally sat down. The symphonic tone that he was listening to today was again Ode to Joy. He was filling out forms, stamping certain documents, and clacking away at his keyboard. Under his breath, he muttered. "It's good to be back."

Mozy looks at the wall waiting for someone to come in with some work.

David re-enters the room after the incident in the psych ward. "Well, THAT could've gone better..." He mutters to himself before attending to the matter at hand, a phone-call.
