    *Dr. Kerr is working at his desk, documenting recent tests and preparing newsletters for the Bonders Program*

    *sigh* It is one hell of a slow night. I hope that Captain Zaraki got my letter, I really need to speak to him about the... incident. I also need volunteers for the program. I should make an announcement about that soon...
