It's a small cafe, the walls are a friendly shade of greenish-blue.  The round oaken tables, the few that there are, are surrounded by black dinning chairs.  The black cheik counter has a refrigerated display holds snakes from all around the world, and cold drinks for those who don't want a hot beverage.  Lining the back there are: a silver microwave, a coffee machine, an espresso maker, and a hot chocolate maker.

Hank steps into the small area that makes up his workspace.  Glancing at the clock, it reads 845, he was fifteen minutes early.  Walking behind the register he reaches down, slipping on his apron he looks out the small window that gives him a view to the only part of the building he was allowed to see.  He wants to see all the props they keep in the building, but he understood many of them were very old and the humidity could damage them.
Putting some money in the register, Hank walks around to the front grabbing a sandwich and a bottle of applebeer. Taking his spot behind the register, he puts the two items in a small fridge he has to keep his stuff.

Hank steps out from behind the counter, seeing as no one was entering the small establishment he figured he might as well do some cleaning while he waited. Going to the small cupboard in the back of the shop, he pulls out a rag and begins scrubbing the tables and counters.

Finished cleaning, Hank puts the rag away. Returning to his spot behind the counter he begins drumming his fingers along the surface. Today seemed to be a slow day, no one had really come in yet. This didn't really bother him though, he was sure that they there were busy.
Although sometimes when he went home to his little one room apartment, he would dream, dream that he worked for a secret society. A group who protected the human race from what goes bump in the dark. Even though he wasn't fighting out on the frontlines he was still doing his part by keeping these people fed. When he woke up every morning after this dream; he was smiling telling himself that, that was the dream job.
But that's all it was, a dream... he wasn't working for some secret organization, this was a building for props both new and old. He shook his head clearing those thoughts, and continued waiting for a costumer.

Banks enters the cafe, sliding his sunglasses off.  He rolls his neck, entering the familiar cafe.  That mission had been one of the more action oriented missions.  Going up to the counter, Banks grabs a cake from the display case.  Looking up at the hand written board, he ponders for a moment on what his order should be.  Finally spotting something he likes he turns to face Hank, "Can I get a large Mochaccino latte?"
"Sure thing Mr. Banks, and for your friend?" Hank asks turning towards Raphael.  A pad of paper and a pen already in hand having scribbled down Banks' order.

Raphael sighs, "I will have a Hot Choclate Please." Then Raphael pulls out his wallet putting down cash enough to pay for the drinks with a tip included. Rapael states "Keep the change" turning to Banks he states "To the couch good sir." and points to the couch where they will wait and talk away from prying ears. As the two get closer to the couch he states " Today was a busy one, Whitney is doing well in school, Did you Hear she has a boyfriend?"

"Oh boy, can't wait to play an amazing round of roulette with him." Banks snorts taking a swig of his drink. In all honesty he wasn't sure if he even had the right to terrify her boyfriend, not raising her and all, but damn it he was going to anyway... maybe this year was the year he started spending time with his daughter other than the really big holidays. Digging his fork into his cake, he thought it over; getting a nice little place for the two of them to live in, actually getting to know her. He would use his room a little less, though he could turn the whole thing into his office. What better way to greet those he needed to converse with in a friendly matter then the luxury of that room.
While he mused over this, another part of his mind plotted how to hide his daughter's boyfriend's body... how long had it been since 682 had been fed?

Raphael watches Banks think to himself before saying "Base to Steven, Your daughter is missing" He chuckles watching banks react imagining his own version of Taken. Raphael waits for his friend to snap back to the world. He was letting his hot chocolate cool before consuming one too many mouth burns in your life teach you better.

Blake McHarvy, sulked as he entered the cafe. Any other occasion, he would be excited to not have a line in front of him to get coffee, but he was get coffee for Dr.Nova and Dr.Aoki.
He came up to the counter and gave a heavy sigh. "One black tea with milk, and one pumpkin spice latte please."

Blake give him a twenty and waits for the coffee/tea, annoyed that he has to do this instead of working on an anomalous patient.

Raphael nods his head toward Banks stating " I cannot make promises like that." Raphael pauses for a bit to drink before speaking again. "Well You should be proud of yourself your kid is doing pretty well with her studies. You should visit her after you come back. You should tell her about her mother more, I only knew you as a friend back then and your wife was always around but I did not get to know her perfectly. You know a whole lot more about her mother and I know a lot of the stuff is sensitive and a few things cannot be revealed but you knew her before the job. I know you are still sore, I know you also have pictures and clothes and everything in that storage unit. I bought the one next to it."

Banks sighs looking down at his cake, the white frosting was speckled here and there with reds and blues.  The center had a nice yellow lemony filling, usually this type of flavoring would bring a smile to the Agent’s lips.  Right now none of it; not the sweet icing, nor the lemoning filling, not even the fluffy sponge cake itself could bring his mind up into brighter thoughts.
Placing the white flimsy fork down on the side of the clear plastic plate.  He pushes it away from him with his left hand.  The free hand he had, reaches into the breast pocket of his suit jacket, withdrawing the thin blue box of Pall Mall’s he kept in there.  Opening the pack, reveals it to be missing a single smoke.  Taking a new one from the pack, the blue logo of the designer becoming clear as it’s pulled from the cardboard prison.  He reaches down into the left back pocket of his pants producing an orange and black lighter.
Flicking the lighter to life, the flame bursts to life dancing on the metal end of the disposable bic. Watching the newly birthed flame, he brings it to the tip of the paper rolled nicotine.  He takes a deep drag feeling the smoke enter his lung, holding down there a second to enjoy the sensation.  Expelling he looks up to not get smoke in the face of his friend.
Bringing the cig back to his awaiting mouth, he ponders over the suggestion that had just been placed in front of him.  Raphael was right, that was something he was sure of.  Whitney deserved to know more about her mother… those memories however were not something he liked to think about, choosing instead to push them to the back of his mind to preserve his illusion that what happened all those years ago wasn’t still affecting him.
Taking the cigarette from his lips once again, his hand reaches down to take the green papery cup.  Bringing the cup to his lips, he tips it back taking a sip.  Feeling the black liquid slosh into his mouth, it coats his tongue in the bitter taste he had come to love.  Swallowing his drink, he continued to mull over the situation at hand.
He thought of many excuses as to why he couldn’t do it, and many of them would be valid arguments.  Though in the end, he knew they would all lead to him only postponing actually giving her information.  That was another point, she didn’t appear to be asking for information.  Rather Haven was asking him to just tell her out of blue.  He would steel himself for if she asked, he decided, and if she didn’t well then nothing would be brought up out of the blue.
Taking another drag, he felt the nicotine beginning to work it’s magic.  He looked back up exhaling before turning back to his long time friend, “If she asks me I’ll tell her what she wants to know.”

Raphael smiles hearing words that reminded him of other promises broken by the man. Raphael always wanted to surprise Whitney when her father would come into town, and five times out of ten Banks wouldn’t exactly make it sometimes he was too burnt out from his mission, sometimes he was at the graveyard, and every once in awhile he was drinking at the bar. Raphael couldn't blame him the thing Banks did in the line of duty could disgust others and Raphael could see clearly how it could disturb Banks. Banks is the man who cries wolf when it comes to promises to doing things for his daughter, Whitney will always remember that dream house that he only half finished then he had to go all too fast. Raphael finished that dream house because Christmas is no time for a kid to be sad and Banks was needed by the foundation that day. So at this point Raphael heard Banks’ admission of being willing to talk as another promise that could be broken.

All Raphael could remember is the girls playing alone and looking at his watch hoping Banks
wouldn’t be late. Whitney grew up looking a lot like her mother, that woman was gone but her daughter would remind Banks with every breath she took not that raphael had an easier time, he was just cold. Raphael looked at the man the cigarette lit inside the defeated and retrospective eyes that sunk into the cake as it danced along his sweet tooth. Raphael had nothing other to do than to drink his hot chocolate and hand the cup to his friend saying “You really are going to talk to her, swear to Misty that you won’t hold back from her daughter anymore. Also take my cup, we both know this isn’t a place to smoke but no one is going to tell you no, so put the ashes in the cup at least don’t leave a mess. So are you ready for this next adventure? It will be a bit of a trip but you know what you are doing right ?”
