subject : suspicion of a mole in site 19

Dear All ,
We have suspicion that one of your Members of the scientific department Dr.Aimus Sinclair is conspiring against the foundation and giving information to an unknown group , we have evidence of Dr.Sinclair doing unusual activity while on his off time; going to secluded blind spots of the base or going outside the base to unknown locations ,he has been calling on sick days once a month and being closed off with no real contact with anyone, when he is at work he sometimes is sometimes very inefficient and doing nearly any work and making phone calls to non foundation personal numbers which he claims he called family members, . Not only that there has been tampering of files and reports during Dr.Sinclair shifts , he is becoming a small threat to the foundation if he is keeps this going he could really cause serious damage if he really is against the foundation and working for some other group. Do not trust Sinclair , he might be traitor to the foundation we will look more into it and get you solid proof and once we get it you must terminate him

A group of 3 security guards , agent Steinmann and a man wearing a black suit and tie are walking down the hall in a pyramid formation looking intimidating to all who see them they just keep moving on forward with serious faces like if they were all a single life form itself.The man in black spoke with a low voice, in a serious manner he was talking onto earpiece telling the guard outpost to be ready to look out for Sinclair trying to exit or enter the Site and if found to stop him and to escort him to the interrogation room. Agent Steinmann was serious, he was hoping he did not had to capture the doctor if possible he wanted this operation to go as smooth as possible ,anyhow it wouldn't be that hard to hunt Sinclair, he was neither that strong to escape a grasp of a strong man or outrun a battalion of guards , but if this guy was smart enough he could avoid them but it would be very hard to do so . It didn’t matter if Sinclair was in the Site or not , this was going to be an inspection of Sinclair’s room to find any proof of the claims of being a traitor ,there isn't any real solid proof of him being a traitor just theories,but they were going to find proof , Amazing what you can do with high-level clearance .

The group of agents stood in front of the door of the room, one of the guards handed the skeleton key card to the man in black and open the door and look into Sinclair's room, he wasn’t present. The man in black grinned and said ” Alright guards search this room upside down,find anything that he may be hiding, you the one with the visor look in his computer". The officer with the face covering visor and the female figure nodded , she went onto the computer and without any problem used a simple password to log in to it the officer stood silent as if she were being disrespectful, the man in black politely asked the woman to let him look around the computer. after a quick look through he shuts off the computer and hands it to the female officer. “ give this computer to the tech guys we don't have the time to look in it right now, now keep looking around” .the man in black heads out of the room as the guards keep searching the room.

Sinclair was looking around a random bar in the middle of the city , he looked around like if he was looking for someone trying to not get attention but still noticeable to people that really knew how to look for him . He wasn't wearing anything too casual or too formal and a colour that just blends to the background, tapping his fingers on the table next to his phone while nursing his water . Waiting patiently, till something happens around him that would tell him what to do and where to meet .this was a very dark and obscure bar, perfect to meet up anyone while being inconspicuous. He just sat back and relaxed with a calm grin trying not to seem nervous and doing a pretty good job at it . But he didn't feel relaxed he was always nervous, ever since he took this job he has been nervous and stressed all the time but he knew how to hide this fact from others have a completely different personality to the foundation he was the laid back but efficient worker , but that was not him, his real self was so much different. This was always a risk doing this , he knew this was a dangerous job but he has his reasons. Aimus sat patiently there just waiting for something to happen.

Dr. Nightingale yawned, taking a swallow of black coffee from the mug gripped in his robotic digits while trying to wipe the sleep from his eyes. The past few months had been particularly slow for him, and he found himself looking through 079's file over and over again for no other reason than to pass the time. His office chair squeaked slightly as he stretched back, hearing several joints pop and crack as he did so. Settling back into his chair, Nightingale sighed, he had never been much of a "morning person". Or a "day person", for that matter.

The knock on his door shook him from his thoughts. Looking at the door, it took the second volley of knocks for Nightingale's brain to register that someone was outside his room.
"Oh, crap." He mumbled, taking another swallow of coffee before placing the mug on his desk and standing up, "Coming! Coming!"

Unlocking the door and opening it a tad, Dr. Nightingale was met with the familiar visor of a security guard, "Dr. Nightingale?" The man said.
"Yes?"
"I'm Agent Stelling. I was asked to come get you, sir. You're presence is requested in the Tech Labs."
"Tech Labs?" Nightingale said, opening his door wider, "What for?"
"It is a matter of potential Foundation security, sir. That's all I was told. They need you to come as soon as possible. They can explain in further detail once you arrive."
Nightingale paused for a second before responding, "Alright. Just give me a second. I need to grab my P.D.A."
"Of course, sir." Stelling replied.

Nightingale turned back to his desk, picking up his P.D.A. and tucking it into one of his lab coat's pocket. He then grabbed his coffee mug, drinking the rest of it before placing it in his kitchen sink. Locking the door behind him, Nightingale turned to the guard.
"Lead the way." He said, the guard nodding and guiding him down the hallway.

Stelling looked at Dr.Nightingale and then looked forward , she was calm at the moment but it killed her to not tell Nightingale what was going on but she had to keep quiet for now , for the sake of the foundation no one could find out yet. Once they arrived the man in black was there along with security officer Grace McAllister ,“ Dr.Nightingale, My name is of no importance right now, all you have to do is listen to me and do what I say. “ said the man in black, not waiting for the Dr.’s response immediately started speaking again “ We need your expertise to find out what is inside this computer “ the man asked the security officer to hand the personal computer of Aimus Sinclair to the Dr.Nightingale. He responds to the Dr.’s question “Why ? because we may have a mole in this Site , and we suspect it is Dr.Aimus Sinclair from the Design department , what you see before you it’s his personal computer .” Grace grumbled , the man in black noded “ Find anything that could be of any use to this investigation, if it even it is small and seems worthless , it can be of use “.he said “Visor Guard , watch over Dr.Nightingale while he is working “ the man doesn't wait for Nightingale's and walks off with the security officer . Stelling looked at Dr.Nightingale and flipped her visor up and smiled at him “ Don’t Get distracted Dr.Nightingale .” the guard sat in a chair and looked at the Doctor patiently .

Nightingale's sleep-addled mind was still trying to make sense of the situation as McAllister and the man in the suit left him.

Sinclair? Why did they think Sinclair was a mole? Nightingale knew everybody who worked in R-and-D, Aimus included, and he never once suspected any of them was hiding something.

"Don't get distracted, Dr. Nightingale." The guard behind him said.

And then there was the guard. Why did he need a guard? It was just a laptop, not some overgrown lizard that refused to die no matter what was used on it.

As he flipped the laptop open and turned it on, Nightingale felt that old familiar feeling of paranoia creep up his spine.
Don't jump to conclusions, John. He thought, Not yet, at least.

As he accessed the computer's files, running scans and getting into his element, Nightingale put his paranoia to rest. But he still felt that something wasn't right.

Raphael Haven, reads the daily docket, noting the information on Dr.Sinclair. Raphael Continues his work until the time reaches 0700. At this time, he cleans the graphite and ink from his hand using a wet wipe, his hand retain the antiseptic alcohol smell that comes with the brand. Raphael stands feeling his joints and ligaments complain as they are thrown from their comfortable position.

Raphael moves to the filing cabinet on the far wall and opens the third drawer down. From the drawer he removes a sheet of paper and a stamp. The form that is removed notes the necessity for an information collection. The form is placed on the table with the subject noted as Dr. Aimus Sinclair, the form is signed three times, then stamped with a metal stamp sealing the paper with wax.

The Form is filed and Raphael withdraws a manila envelope from the desk. From that he withdraws a flash drive. The flash drive contains a program, the program upon opening runs from the flash drive. A console opens and Raphael communicates with a third part receiving two phone numbers. At that point the conversation continues and a location is given. Raphael records the Coordinates given. At that point the program deletes itself, the flash drive is empty.

Raphael Calls the phone numbers Noting his Identification number then reciting a line of numbers that verifies who he is further. At that point Raphael leaves the room, still on the phone.

“Is everything alright Dr.Nightingale?” the guard asked looking as concerned as she can without looking interested in him , as she asks she checks out her handgun and as the minutes pass by she starts to get bored of sitting there and decides to quickly check outside the door and then come back to the doctor and notice that he is still looking nervous and stands by him “ um..do you need any assistance Dr.Nightingale?” .The guard Tried to seem interested in him so she could be entertained for the time , she couldn't stand there and give the guy the creeps it would just make him more uncomfortable ,so this was the better option to go while standing with him be helpful and seem friendly. Of course this was very hard to pull off, you don't really warm up to the guards easily because they are supposed to be intimidating , not super duper friendly here is a lollipop . now she was standing there like a mindless drone thinking all these things and completely forgetting about Dr.nightingale and did not notice if he answered or not so she waited there for him to either repeat or answer .

"Hm? Oh, um, yes. Yes. I'm fine." Nightingale said, not looking up from the computer. He sifted through the files on the hard-drive, examining each one with as much concentration as possible. He brought up one of the scans running in the background, checking its progress.

"I have to ask though," Nightingale started, trying to casually bring up the concerns that were gnawing away at the back of his thoughts, "Who was that man in the suit? I've never seen him at the Site before."

He typed in a rapid-fire set of commands, overriding any security measures the computer had and giving him unrestricted access to the system. He would be able to find anything and everything that was on the computer. He'd figured out how to get around system securities a long time ago.

"That was the easy bit," he said to himself, running another scan, "Now comes the 'fun' part..."

“ The man in the suit is....the person in charge of taking care of moles or any kind of internal threat in the site .... he is like one of the heads of security and he knows his stuff. He likes to be efficient as possible, as soon as he gets to where he needs to be ,he knows what to do exactly to the letter. he is probably interrogating colleagues of the suspect as we speak to find any extra information on him. “ She keeps going on and on about the man's job description except ,answering the question that Nightingale asked.” The reason you haven't seen him, is because he works in a place outside the site and only leaves on occasions that require his expertise.” she gets up to check out thee door again and come back to Dr.Nightingale .

"That was the easy bit," the man said to himself, running another scan, "Now comes the 'fun' part...", she quietly looked at what Dr.Nightingale was doing , trying to figure out what he meant, observing what he was doing.

"Why are you so jumpy?" Nightingale asked, bringing up Sinclair's email box on the computer. He started digging through the many messages that had been sent or received.

He shrugged, "I'm not seeing much in here... except..." he paused, leaning forward and examining something, "Hold on. According to this Sinclair's been sending messages to some unknown address for the past month. Maybe if I can trace the IP..." he typed in a few more commands, hunched over the keyboard.

"Damn," Nightingale said a few minutes later, "Whoever they were has been bouncing their IP all over the place. I can't get a lock on them. They could be in Japan, Russia, Mexico, or any other place that has the internet."

“So you can't track the person , that sucks” The guard says but then looks at Nightingale “ so does this mean , Aimus is a traitor?”. she gets up from the chair awaiting the answer of the doctor eagerly “ So..... I’m sorry I'm just be clear ok, what can we do to figure out the location of this mysterious person.” She says checking out the door again and then coming back in “ We really need to find out what is going on , the security of the foundation relies on you finding this out.” she was looking more desperate by the second . " If that computer as so much as get corrupted because you screwed up , you will be in trouble and the man in the suit will have your head mounted on his office ."

Surprised at the sudden hostility, Nightingale raised his hands, the robotic one letting out a slight whine of hydraulics. "Hey, hey, don't have a heart attack. Alright? What's got you so nervous, anyway? You haven't been able to stay still for more than five minutes since those two left."

He watched Stelling pace back and forth, a bundle of nerves ready to explode. Nightingale shook his head in frustration, "Look, before I can tell you whether Aimus is a mole or not, I need to know what I'm exactly looking for. And you're obviously not telling me something."

“ I’m nervous because we didn’t get enough information , and....and you are not my Shrink , do not talk to me that way”Stelling shouted back at the doctor and began to pace back and forth nervously trying to calm herself down checking every corner of the room, and angrily she looks at him talk again .” look for the missing files or any conversations with non foundation members “ .She slams her hand onto the table to intimidate the doctor “ Now you listen to me you little Twerp ! You do what you are told without question!Now look for anything unusual in his computer!”

Nightingale simply stared at her, unimpressed. "Twerp? Really? I didn't realize we were back in middle school." Nightingale turned back to the laptop, resuming his look through the emails while trying to track the IP address from earlier, "Me going back to work doesn't mean I'm scared of you, or that I'm following your orders or anything. Quite the opposite, really. I'm choosing to continue the job I was assigned. Because I want to help any way I can."

While he was speaking, Nightingale continued scrolling through the messages. Besides that one strange email he'd found, there really wasn't much else. The IP tracker he'd set up was narrowing results, but it was doing it at a very slow pace.

"You can proceed with your little temper tantrum, if you want. It won't matter to me either way."

The guard frustrated,she groans at him and screams out loud “you know what? You are right I am the worst agent ever ! “ She says in a fit just ranting at him getting more frustrated as they spoke ,” can’t your thing go any faster?” she asked really frustrated . “ I can’t handle this , Why did this have to be my first big assignment !” she admits really stressed . “ Im not working well under stress , Im’s getting fired” .she passed back and forth trying to not distract the doctor .

"I never said you were the worst agent ever." Nightingale said, not looking up from the computer. The IP trace was narrowing results, but it still had a ways to go. Meanwhile, he continued his search, hoping to see if there were any more odd things hidden in the laptop.

She ignored him, still caught up in her meltdown. Nightingale made a mental note to suggest that she be transferred to SCP-999 guard duty after this was over.

"Listen, before you break down any further, get me Site 11. Tell them to check Sinclair's bank records. See if there's been any sudden transfers, withdrawals, or deposits within the past few months. Might be something to go off of," He said, flexing his fingers before returning to the keyboard.

Raphael arrived at the nondescript payphone and he waited. Four hours had passed before the phone rang with Raphael answering on the second ring. The contact informed Raphael of the fact that the asset had not gone far in his days off, thus not requiring intimate tailing just simple surveillance. In the response it was noted that Mr Sinclair traveled often to the bars. This information Raphael followed up by calling a few friends to find which bar Aimus was at. At that point Raphael started to travel back to the base.

“ I..I can do that yes sir !” She nodded with and and opened the door for the good doctor “ Let’s go sir I have to escort you to Site 19 “ She said excited as the man in the suit entered the room alone “ Any progress on the computer Dr.Nightingale ? Do we have any extra information or leads ?” The man stands in front of Nightingale waiting for the answers directly and all the information that he has gathered on Sinclair through his laptop, the man had a cold expression only standing,waiting for information.

"Uh, well... No sir. No sir, I'm afraid not. The only thing I've been able to find are a couple of unknown emails, but even those don't have anything incriminating. The trace I'm running for the IP hasn't found anything substantial, either." Nightingale said, gesturing to the laptop screen, a small window displaying "ERROR: IP NOT FOUND".

He looked at the man in the suit, noting his appearance. The guy looked like he belonged on the floor of a stock exchange, not in a facility that contained things that defied every rule in the physics textbook.

"I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but I don't know what to tell you. Either Sinclair covered his tracks really well, or he's keeping the information somewhere else."

Nightingale held his arms up in an "I don't know" pose, lowering them after a second, "Look, sir. I want to help any way I can, I really do. But to do that, I need to know what's really going on here. Whatever it is, it had the guard you assigned me in a nervous wreck. Help me out here Mr... I'm sorry but what's your name?"

Raphael returns to the site, enters his office and records the days events. Raphael notes the files filled out for the day, following that he picks up a red pen and notes the discrepancies on the filed paperwork. Raphael then heads to the IT department from which the form had arrived.

" Mr.Smith ,now you listen to me good ok , you will get your answers when I see results , all you have to know that files have been tampered and stolen , and also having a mole in this site will also mean that we have been compromised " he sighs " and if that happens , intel will be leaked to our enemies and we don't want that to happen now do we ?"

The man in the suit calling himself smith , walked back to the door " now Dr, do you need to be taken somewhere or do you need time to think up stuff with the guard " . Mr smith grinned awaiting for the Dr's answer .

Aimus looked worried , his contact had not come to meet up with him or either contact him ....this was not good . Aimus looked around himself not seeing his contact anywhere , this wasn't good news for him this could mean something many things but Aimus thought of the worst case scenario and as to himself if the person did not show up after an hour he would leave .
