Bio: [1955] Captain Sweets was found recovering from a bullet to the head three hours after pronounced dead during the Allied Campaign through France. The foundation was notified and a local unit attempting to recover SCP object ███**from Adolf Hitlers Collection retrieved the subject and used his knowledge and training to aid in recovery of said object.
After recovery teams brought Sweets back with the object Sweets was determined to be a good candidate for the Ravens Nest, his military experience and sense of duty made him an ideal candidate for a loyal agent.
[20--] Sweets has been asked for a more in depth explanation of his past and gave this information. Born in ██████████, TN he was take to a compound in the woods, home to a group of “militiamen” that by current standards equate to a domestic terrorist cell. This cell trained Sweets in Explosives, guerilla warfare, and basic woodland survival techniques.
The original medical examiners report has been lost to time but Sweets was deemed unimportant to the research of immortality, as far as current medical science can tell a hyperactive metabolism is a fairly tame term for what occurs. A normal humans metabolism turns food to energy stored as fat. Sweets metabolism diverts energy from food to create a form stem cells that repair tissue and bodily damage, the cells are not true stem cells but similar in structure. The process appears to be a mutation in his organs, possibly a result of proximity to the research site Oak Ridge. He refuses to go into detail of how he was near the site, none the less it is related to him in some form. The process is better with high fat foods with High caloric values, things like energy drinks and candy do little to aid him in the long term, foods like steak, chicken, and red meats will aid in Sweets overall recovery. *
* The limits of Sweets “immortality” are questionable as he survived three shots to the head reanimating in a matter of hours later, but no full body destruction tests were performed. His mental state does not change, he does not posses memories during the time spent dead, he also loses his short term memory from the day when dead. Sweets manages to retain long term memory and is fully aware and alert when reanimated.
Sweets shows an aptitude for mechanical engineering having access to various mechanical parts, this has become a secondary job to him to build, repair, and upgrade the ship over his years of service
. Please note that Captain Sweets is not aware he works for the foundation, he believes himself under orders from the U.S. Army on an indefinite mission. Sweets should never be informed of the foundations true purpose and intentions under any circumstances.

Project Ravens Nest

Project Ravens Nest is to keep SCP objects deemed either too dangerous to keep on site, archived, or not valuable enough to take up storage. This is a low priority mission but keeps SCP objects safe from theft. SCP Ravens Nest is manned by Captain Sweets and workers exchanging every 2 months when the ship docks for resupply.

I'm alittle confused how the body created stem cells can bring someone back also you aren't explaining how fast it works if its like normal cell growth its not really fast and would be like the speed of skin growing or if its tied to the digestive track then it would be dependent on what is eaten which no matter what he eats will take atleast a hour or two even something small so need to explain this power more or say it in a way that is self explanatory.
