Colonel Alexey Chencov

Full name: Alexey Boris Chencov
Nationality: Ukrainian
Bio: Born in Kiev Ukraine, Chencov was born into a poor family. Once he came to age, he joined the soviet army
Less then a year before the collapse of the USSR. Afterward, he remained in the Russian army instead of returning to Ukraine. After a rather impressive service record, Chencov was transferred to work on SCP-610 or as it's referred to by the military stationed there "Мякоть, что ненавидит" or "The Flesh That Hates". Within one month of service, was given three patrols, and in three years, was out in command of all infected zones.
